In our world, represented by the vivid ever-changing colors, world events seem to isolate and make “big deals” out of differences and contrasts, yet the underlying pattern remains the same, ever building by repetition.
"The theme of "What’s Inside Gets Out at Yachats” reminds me of the Hermetic axiom “As above, so below.” What we look for outside is invariably found within – as the cliché says – the last place we look! I immediately thought of the classic spiral form of the Chambered Nautilus shell which uses the self-similar pattern of replicating the same form over and over again.

This year’s 35 canvas banners are approximately 23″ x 42” with a rounded end.
